First you need to sign up with Booking.com by logging into https://join.booking.com/index.html?aid=371137&lang=en&label=Channelmanageraustralia .That is if you do not currently have and account with them.


Signing up with Booking.com for the first time

When signing up with Booking.com make sure that you select “YES” to using a Channel Manager.


Example Question: (in Booking.com Sign up) “Do you work with a Channel Manager or XML Provider to Manager your pricing and availability. Answer: “YES”


Existing Booking.com customer

If you already are sign up with Booking.com you will need to send Booking.com message via Booking.com Extranet requesting that your account is CLASSIC not LITE. Booking.com only allows Channel Manager to integrate with hotels that have CLASSIC Booking.com accounts.


Connecting your Channel Manager with Booking.com:


Step 1.


Contact Booking.com and tell them that you wish to connect your Booking.com account with Channel Manager Australia.


Send Booking.com message via Booking.com Extranet requesting that your account is CLASSIC not LITE.The CLASSIC account allows your Channel Manager to update Pricing and Availability with Booking.com where the LITE account does not.


Step 2.


Then you will need to complete Booking.com XML Online Sign up Process.


Step 3.


Once you have completed the sign up process with Booking.com and you have advised Booking.com that you wish to connect to Channel Manager Australia then please email Channel Manager Connections team and request that we make connection complete with Booking.com and Channel Manager.
